On the heat scale, we rate this as 1 out of 6.  Mild enough for beginners, with a nice warm heat and that famous natural smoke flavour that only Marie Sharp’s can achieve.   Exclusively available to the Canadian market.  Developed over a year long period in conjunction with Marie Sharp’s Canada and Marie Sharp’s Belize. 

Great as a wing sauce, but also versatile as a glaze for grilling or as a dip for nuggets and strips.  It’s great on everything we’ve tried so far.  Spectacular on ribs, wings and grilled chicken.  Super tasty and very versatile, this will become a favourite condiment in your fridge.
