Marie Sharp’s hot sauce. The original hot … this one is slightly hotter than the mild sauce. Use in soups, stews, fish, chicken and pork dishes. Pairs well with Tex/Mex food. Great on its own with taco chips. The Hot and the Mild sauces are the ones you will find on every table in every restaurant in Belize. They don’t have salt, pepper and ketchup on the tables. They have pepper sauce !!!
