Belizean Season All is a traditional seasoning sauce from Belize. This sauce is especially tasty with any barbecued meats. Season All contains all the necessary spices for cooking. It is made with all natural ingredients but without the use of artificial flavour or colour. W
We especially like this on chicken thighs. Marinate the thighs in a large Ziploc bag with the Belizean Season All overnight. Prepare your barbeque grill before you turn it on so the thighs won’t stick. Pour a little olive oil onto a paper towel and rub the bbq grills with the paper towel. Cook on medium heat to avoid flare-ups. From the grill to the plate in roughly 20 minutes. We also tried it on steak, blended with a little bit of Marie Sharp’s Exotic Sauce. Soooo good!!! Comes in a 10 ounce (287 gram) squeeze bottle for easy application. Just squeeze a big dollop onto whatever meats you are grilling. We found that medium heat works best on the barbeque to avoid charring. The sauce is tangy and flavourful.
Ingredients: Anatto, vinegar, onions, spices, garlic and salt.
