Chili & Lime Shrimp Flatbread
13 x 4 inch flatbread
1/4 cup Marie Sharps Grapefruit habanero sauce
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 medium cooked shrimp
2 Tbsp. green bell peppers, diced
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 fresh lime
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
SPREAD Marie Sharps Grapefruit Sauce on crust, leaving a 1/2″ border along the edges. Top with mozzarella cheese, shrimp and green pepper.
BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes directly on center rack until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Garnish with chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds. Squeeze fresh lime over to finish.
