Great on its own with taco chips. The Hot and the Mild sauces are the ones you will find on every table in every restaurant in Belize. They don’t have salt, pepper and ketchup on the tables. They have pepper sauce !!!

Marie Sharp’s Original Hot Sauce
This hot sauce is GREAT with pretty much everything. Made with the same carrot, peppers, onion base as the mild, but this tangy hot sauce packs a little more punch.
Add to any casserole, soup, or rice dish. Try some on nachos and quesadillas. A great all round hot sauce for everything from chili to wings.
