Grapefruit Squash Concentrated Juice MAKES 5 LITERS

The taste of Belizean Summer right in your own home.  Marie Sharp’s has a line of fruit juice “squash” that is a concentrated fruit juice drink.  Take one part squash and four parts water (or to taste).  Serve chilled.   We find that we tend to water it down 5:1 and it’s perfect for our taste.  That makes 5 liters of juice!

This grapefruit squash is amazingly refreshing, with all the tart tangy flavour of freshly picked grapefruits.

Ingredients:  Cane Sugar Syrup, Grapefruit Juice from Concentrate, Flavour Base, Citric Acid, Xanthum Gum, Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Benzoate and Sodium Metabisulphite*.

(*benzoate and metabisulphite are preservatives)

No artificial colour.
